Spacious and functional apartment of 60 m2 recently renovated. It has been fully equipped to move in, located in the district of Chamberí, specifically in the central and quiet neighborhood Ríos Rosas - Nuevos Ministerios.
The day area consists of the integrated living room, with two balconies overlooking the street. Here you can enjoy a comfortable sofa to watch your favorite TV program or read your favorite book. The dining area adjoins the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and the second bedroom with a single bed, both with bed linen included. The bathroom has a practical layout with shower and separate toilet; equipped with towels.
Weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels.
