A specialized advisor will be in charge of welcoming the tenant and checking that the apartment is in perfect condition both on arrival and departure; at any time, 24h, seven days a week.
A complete inventory check is carried out, meter readings are taken, and a property control is managed by a personal advisor who will be at your disposal at all times.
We take care of the formalization of the reservation, the lease contracts, and their respective Incasol and ITP processing. Also, we manage the return of deposits, payments, and rental receipts.
